Everything You Need to Know
frequently asked questions

What parts of the day do you capture?
We’re here to capture every real, meaningful moment of your day—from the quiet, tender energy of getting ready, to the raw emotion of your ceremony, all the way to the late-night dance floor. We focus on you, your partner, and the people who make your celebration unforgettable: a grandparent’s kiss, a bridesmaid’s hug, the laughter and clinking of glasses during speeches.
Is content creation just for social media?
No! Most of our clients hire us for the candid memories and a different perspective on their wedding day!
Our job as content creators is to ensure you can be stress free on your wedding day without missing a single moment.
How do you deliver the content?
All of your content is delivered via WeTransfer, a secure and easy-to-use file sharing service, and you'll receive download links straight to your inbox.
These links will include all your raw iPhone photo and video content, along with any highlight reels and recap videos included in your package. A typical wedding can result in hundreds of clips, so we recommend ensuring you have enough storage available before downloading.
When will we receive the content?
All raw iPhone photo and video content is delivered within 24 hours.
Edited highlight reels and recap videos are delivered within 5 days
Is this a replacement for videography?
Not at all—our approach is different from traditional videography. We create short, engaging edits made for social media, usually delivered within days. A videographer, on the other hand, typically produces a cinematic, full-length wedding film that takes weeks or months to deliver. Our services complement each other perfectly, and many couples choose both. That said, for some couples, we’re the only video coverage they choose to hire and are happy with the results!
Will you be in the way of our photographer or videographer?
Not at all. We’re there to complement your media team, not compete with them.
Our approach is discreet, intentional, and deeply respectful of the professionals you’ve hired. We understand the flow of a wedding day and know when to step in —and when to step back. We coordinate with your photographer and videographer to ensure we’re never blocking a shot or interrupting a moment.
What equipment do you use?
We use iPhone 16 & 17 Pros to capture the content on your big day. Other equipment may include tripods, gimbals, film camera, digital camera and lighting equipment.
Do we need to provide you a meal?
A: For coverage of 8 hours or more, we kindly ask that a meal is provided so we can stay on-site and fully energized throughout your day. Most caterers offer vendor meals at a reduced rate. If providing a meal isn’t possible, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll plan a short break to step out and grab a bite.
Do you travel?
Yes! We love destination weddings and events. Travel fees vary depending on location and will be included in your custom quote.
What is required to book our date?
To reserve your date, a non-refundable retainer of 35% of the total package price is required. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your date. Once the deposit is received, your date will be secured.
